Different people sleep differently depending on the type of person you are, and the way you like to sleep. Some people sleep through the entire night while some have trouble sleeping through the night. For example, I have trouble sleeping through the entire night and wake up often. I wake up at least once every two hours. I also am a very light sleeper and wake up very easily. I usually have bad dreams and that also makes it harder for me to sleep.While my older brother jacob is a very hard sleeper and is very hard to wake up.It takes a lot to wake him up.You can be yelling right next to him and he won’t wake up. I Often have dreams, but they aren't good ones most of the time. I'm usually troubled by a bad dream. I'm lucky if I can go the whole night without waking up at least twice. There are some times where I can get away with a good night of sleep, but overall I have a hard time sleeping.
I did some research, and discovered a few things that could help me sleep better. These things may help you if you have trouble sleeping. One thing I learned you could do is drink hot tea before you go to sleep. Another thing you could do is not use electronics like you're phone before trying to sleep. You can try going to sleep earlier or taking certain medicines like melatonin. Another thing you could try is sleeping in a different position or spot.Sometimes your body is just simply not comfortable. An all natural medicine would be good. These are some things that could help you sleep through the entire night. :)
