Mrs. Connell was born and raised in Jurupa Valley. She went to West Riverside Elementary, then went to Mission Middle, to go on to Rubidoux High School, then RCC and then to CSUF (best college ever) to finish and get her masters. Mrs. Connell was inspired to pursue teaching because of her sophomore ELA teacher was very influential. When Mrs. Connell was 16, her first job was at Baskin Robbins. But she didn't always want to be a teacher, she wanted to become an astronaut! Now she is vice principal at JMS. Mrs. Connell is married, and has 2 daughters.
Here are some other interesting facts; her favorite memory was in 5th grade where she went on a road trip with her family to Minnesota, another interesting fact is that Mrs. Connell’s favorite color is green, & she loves animals in fact she has a chisi named Lucy, and lastly some of Mrs. Connell’s favorite hobbies are camping, tennis, and reading books. I wish Mrs Connell the best 1st year being a vice principal.
